This is a challenging and varied role requiring extensive outdoor travel. The direct Job
responsibilities will include
Job Description
Manage the entire sales team and process from first meeting to negotiation and closure of the
sale of Water ionizers to builders, developers, architects, kitchen designers, interior
designers, turnkey contractors etc.
 Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
 Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
 Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
 Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
 Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those
goals
 Training business development executives/sales executives
 Attending conferences and industry events
 Visiting the client site, demonstration of product, presentation, quotation, and closure.
 Ensuring high sales conversions is essential. Should have Proven Track record of Sales
Performance. And lookover and guide the bde team to achieve the target.
 Ensure sale closure, invoicing, and payment receipts. Ensure flawless installation on site.

 Provide sales forecasts and regular sales progress reports and daily updating of CRM.
 Communicate with service, operations, and accounting teams for faster resolutions and
smooth processing.
Requirements and skills -
 Proven working experience as a business development executive or a
relevant role
 Should be well experienced in management reporting.
 Proven sales track record
 Experience in customer support is a plus
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
 Proficiency in English
 Market knowledge
 Communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to build rapport
 Time management and planning skills
 Should have strong MS - Office / E -Mail Skills - Should be able to Oversee Accounts /
Procurement Divisions.
 Ensure Collections proactively.

Experience 3 - 5 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 6 Lac P.A.

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
