Job Purpose: experience in Injection Molding Machine maintenance of machineries in the factory This role ensures all the machinery,
Equipment & facilities are kept in optimal working condition to maximize production efficiency.

 Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of
each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Operations
team.
 100% preventive maintenance as per schedules are carried out in accordance with
accepted standards and industrial norms.
 Monitoring and Controlling the Maintenance activities like Preventive, Break down,
Corrective and Conditioning based maintenance for TRANSFORMER, DG`s, MOTOR, UPS,
BATTERY CHARGER, APFC (LT & HT), Electrical Panels.
 PLC, HMI Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Omron, Delta)
 Knowledge on troubleshooting on Electrical Circuits and VFD Panels.
 Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan.
 Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities.
 Monitor and control Power consumption.
 Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake
measure to.
 Reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control.
 To Prepare and Maintain ISO Audit Documents.
 Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes,
 Pumps, Boiler.
 Must have worked in Plastic Injection Molding Industry related to Electrical Maintenance
