Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Ensure employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
Handle benefits enrollment and queries.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Assist in talent acquisition processes.
Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings and interviews.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
Conduct employee onboarding.
Help organize training and development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
Be the main point of contact for HR-related queries.
Resolve employee issues related to leaves, compensation, and policies.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
Promote an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Performance Management:
Support performance management processes.
Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).
Record Keeping:
Maintain employee files and records (both electronic and paper).

Experience 4 - 6 Years
Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 5 Lac P.A.

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
