Role and Responsibilities:
 Monitor and manage the daily activities of different FMS (Flow chart Management
System)/ Process Workflows to ensure they are carried out in an efficient and effective
 Getting work done in the required timeline through follow ups from the doer or seniors.
 Identify critical steps in different FMS, and understanding the importance to get the work
 Raising Help Ticket
 Daily Basis Follow-ups
 Bringing to Management attention with MIS sheets & Help Tickets
 Identify bottlenecks in different FMS, and keep close eyes on those steps to ensure
smooth functioning of the complete workflow
 Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
 Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
 Review quality of purchased products

Authority  To assign check list to sub coordinates for smooth functioning of his work
Technical Skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Time-management skills
 Ability to pay attention to detail
 Organization skills
 Ability to multitask
 Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as
Microsoft Office
 Knowledge of excel /Google sheet.
 Interpersonal skills

Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
