Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Maintain and update company ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
€¢ Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Trial Balance.
€¢ Handle GST returns filing, TDS calculation, and TDS returns filing.
€¢ Assist in internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
€¢ Record and reconcile all financial transactions accurately.
€¢ Manage accounts payable and receivable entries.
€¢ Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
€¢ Ensure compliance with accounting principles and government regulations.
€¢ Support senior management with financial analysis when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
€¢ B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
€¢ 2€“3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
€¢ Proficiency in Tally ERP.
€¢ Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and Audit procedures.
€¢ Ability to prepare and analyse Balance Sheets and Financial Statements.
€¢ Good communication and analytical skills.
€¢ Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Preferred:
€¢ Experience in the manufacturing or fragrance industry
€¢ Familiarity with MS Excel and advanced reporting tools.
