Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech in ECE or B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Physics or Electronics or equaling.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented and strategic Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage brand positioning, content strategy, and campaigns (digital & offline)
• Plan & execute lead generation activities by events, social media, mail & SEO/SEM.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support conversion
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
• Manage relationships with vendors, media agencies, and creative partners
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials incl. brochures, presentations/ digital assets.
• Organize trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touch points
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Mail chimp, Hub Spot, etc.)
• Experience in managing social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Analytical mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• PAN India Travelling.
• Industry experience in [Manufacturing, FMCG, Real estate, IT, etc.]
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
