Job description:
€¢ Create sales invoices in excel and share with the clients.
€¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
€¢ Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
€¢ Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions, verifying accuracy and
compliance with company policies.
€¢ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, adjustments, and
financial analysis.
€¢ Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
€¢ Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned by management.
Applicant Requirements:
€¢ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
€¢ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
€¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
€¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Expert in MS office- Word/Excel/PowerPoint
