Job description:
Create sales invoices in excel and share with the clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions, verifying accuracy and
compliance with company policies.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, adjustments, and
financial analysis.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned by management.
Applicant Requirements:
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
