We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-School Teacher to support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood education standards
Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Support children€™s social, emotional, language, and motor skill development
Observe, assess, and document children€™s progress and developmental milestones
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding children€™s progress and needs
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school programs and events
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and school policies
Guide children in developing self-help skills, positive behavior, and respect for others
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Prior experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and compassionately
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred or required, depending on institution)
