Department: Sales &amp; Marketing
Experience: &gt; 4 Years of experience in RF &amp; EMC Products, EMC Testing Customers, MIL
Standards and CISPER EMC Chambers.
Age Limit: 30-35 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech in ECE or B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Physics or Electronics or equaling.
(Diploma/ PG in Marketing shall be additional advantages)
Salary Range: Negotiable Salary plus Incentive.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented and strategic Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
â€¢ Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives
â€¢ Manage brand positioning, content strategy, and campaigns (digital &amp; offline)
â€¢ Plan &amp; execute lead generation activities by events, social media, mail &amp; SEO/SEM.
â€¢ Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and support conversion
â€¢ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
â€¢ Manage relationships with vendors, media agencies, and creative partners
â€¢ Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
â€¢ Oversee the creation of marketing materials incl. brochures, presentations/ digital assets.
â€¢ Organize trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events
â€¢ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touch points
â€¢ Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Mail chimp, Hub Spot, etc.)
â€¢ Experience in managing social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
â€¢ Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
â€¢ Analytical mind-set with a focus on data-driven decision-making
â€¢ PAN India Travelling.
â€¢ Industry experience in [Manufacturing, FMCG, Real estate, IT, etc.]
â€¢ Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools</description>
